Tattoo Appointments & Cancellations

  • Deposits. A deposit is required to book. Refundable only if we have not traveled for your appointment. Once travel has occurred (flights, lodging, or on-site day blocked), the deposit is non-refundable.

  • No refunds on tattoo work. All tattoo services are final once the session begins. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks.

  • Rescheduling. Give at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit (if no travel was involved). Less than 72 hours’ notice or a no-show may result in forfeit of deposit.

  • Late arrivals. Arriving 15+ minutes late may shorten your session or require rescheduling; deposit terms still apply.

  • Design approvals. Minor day-of adjustments are fine. Major redesigns may require a new booking and deposit.

  • Health & ID. You must be 18+ with valid ID and not under the influence. We may decline service if safety or health is a concern.

  • Touch-ups. If offered, touch-ups are at our discretion and do not include redesigns or new work.

  • Photography & portfolio. We may photograph healed or fresh tattoos for portfolio/social unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.

Physical Art Orders – Returns & Refunds

  • Return window. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • How to start a return. Email art@miryamlumpini.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may be refused.

  • Condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the same condition received.

  • Refunds. Once inspected and approved, refunds go to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong or a defective item.

  • Damaged/defective on arrival. Email art@miryamlumpini.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

  • Exclusions. Custom/commissioned art, limited editions noted as final sale, and sale items are non-returnable.

  • Exchanges. Case-by-case and subject to availability; start by emailing art@miryamlumpini.com.

  • Return address & RMA. We’ll provide the correct return address and an RMA in our reply—please don’t ship anything before you receive it.

Order & Shipping Notes (Art)

  • Processing times. Posted on product pages; preorders ship on the stated timeline.

  • Lost/undeliverable. We’re not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly or parcels marked delivered. For carrier issues, contact us and your carrier; we’ll help where we can.
